to spend or to invest?

had very lil time today.=/ in the afternoon actualli. morning went raffles place to collect medical report. its crap cos i travel by train half and hr der for just a mere 2mins and i travel back by train for another half an hr. =_= luckily i "restock" my podcast. =/ so i din waste my travel trip still. wahaha. after tt went ocbc bank to settle some documents tt needs my thumb print to be verified by bank. which took me quite long and i have to reach tp by 2pm bt i was still late.. glad yiqin made it der first haha. ohya today have alot bus testimonies. =/ but the most amazing one is this. i was waiting for bus 23 to go tp but the bus no person. so i prayed and ask for the driver to be der in 2mins. and when i opened my eyes i saw the bus driver walking towards bus 23 =O powerful isnt it? a prayer=) haha depends who u pray to also. anyway went tp to print out my online enrolment thingy cos my printer spoil. grr.. of all times to spoil. after tt went tm mac to meet my cg! we went seoul garden today. super full. was realli a great time of fellowship! then winstar and andrew came over to my hse. and we watched One Piece together! they caught the exciting part of one piece[cos one piece abit draggy so exciting parts dun come realli often.] wad can i say.. another great time of fellowship! yeah. well nw the qns is do u spend ur time or do u invest it? i wanna invest more~~~ its for.. eternal. gtg. bye!

do not judge a movie by its advertisement?

went to clinic for the medical checkup the poly students were required to do. suppose to be meeting at 8.15am at raffles place control station and reach der at arnd 8.30am. then i was late i tot i reach ler wud be seeing LOADS of ppl. reached at 8.40 and der was no one=_= but it was gd larh. i was finished with the checkup in less than half an hr =O yiqin nt tt fortunate tho haha. he came bt alot ppl. so had to wait arnd 1hrs+ 2hrs bah. then after the whole checkup went lau pa sa to eat. nt tt great also haha. then went tampines' CPF building to get the forms for usage of CPF. we went mac to meet winstar and i jus listened to what they plan. suddenly winstar ask who wan go watch free movie. nt realli sure hw his fren gt it but i still went and watch.
i watched "Meet the Robinsons". its premier. din tink i wud want to watch tt show at first. cos of the cartoon and all tt stuff.. tot it maybe corny or smth lidat. watched it and its gd! the pictures are lidat but the storyline quite gd. kinda funny at certain parts also. its gd~~~~ well tts all for nw. cya

eternal friendship.

Thurs
had the last cg with those moving on to tertiary. its realli a God blessed one cos we finalli had a successful praise! its somehw hard to have praise in cg but this time its super successful! thank God for it. had lots of fun in cg, and realli appreciate the presence of those moving on.

Friday
went to have lunch with yiqin,tri, junjie, my bro and yihao at kfc. after which me and yiqin went cs to look for tings to buy for the grads. couldnt find and went to TM we walked arnd and went back to CS again=_= we were walking to and fro these 2 places. we went into this flower shop which is selling postcards at the entrance of the shop. while we were just looking, 2 persons popped out of no where and approached us to ask us to fake an advertisement for them=_= stupid lol. we did it anyway cos we were kinda "forced"[ PS : im guessing they were desperate for someone to hlp them do the advertisement cos alot ppl avoided them. HAH] in the end nv buy any cards. so went to TM again. and stopped by xcraft and looked for things to buy for the grads as in identity. looked for quite awhile then decided to just buy magnetic earrings haha. then at night there was a farewell dinner for grads! hwever alot din turn up =/ but it was ok, glad tt at least there were grads coming. we went to geylang for dinner. 1st we ate tian ji zhou "some frog porridge" duno hw to say it in english but its not FROG. its more refined and nt as eww if u think about it. then we went rocho to eat tau huay, egg tarts and drink soya bean milk. was even intending to go eat durians BUT we were WAYYY TOO FULLL. to stuff anymore food. went home after tt.

Saturday
we had a grads' meeting in the morning where dennis taught us bout what we shud be doing during the transition frm youth to tertiary. shirley talked to us a few things about it too.after tt was district meeting, basically was also a time to spend more time with the grads. we watched a video of pictures and stupid things certain cg in the EAST has did. was heart warming as we think back bout what our grp has done and gone thru so much together. then we had some time to affirm the grads which was realli great! we ended with praying for the ppl moving on and also taking holy communion together as EAST. went for lunch and stuff. and the climax of the day! SERVICE!! learned so much frm the sermon, certain truths which struck me. was a great time of pleasing God. after service we went to basement for a EAST photo taking session! haha. after onli 3 pictures not realli a session xD. then ED1 which is my grp, we went to snack world for dinner. the beef claypot rice was quite gd and REALLI filling. was very full! then me, ben and tim went down to play lan awhile. we din take note of time and by the time we realised it was alrd 10.30pm =_=. haha tts all fer nw. blog bout today at nite. =D and oya was gonna blog bout my mission trip. but its realli long so im gonna post on it when i finish it on a notepad. oya this wk was alot on the grads moving on to tertiary cos its gonna be their last wk. at the start of nx wk wud be a new phase of life. tertiary! jiayou guys! may be in diff grp but the friendship will remain the same! cya! =D

cherishing.

today had dmm at 7.30pm. b4 dat i read people's person, ate dinner etc haha. well dmm was a great time of fellowship. had bread,ice cream and chips! haha. may nt seem wow but they bought quite alot.. and cos i ate my dinner at 7pm+ and i happen to be quite full =/ it was more than what i can take xD we used tt time while eating to just talk and affirm those leaving the youth in the dmm. today was simply to enjoy one and another's presence. we talked and shared til arnd like 11pm+ =O out of expectation. well. tts bout it for today. tmr's cg day! YEAH! all these moments are meant to be treasured!! hah. its nt just fun but also everlasting friendships cos we follow the same God. tts why every moment is always precious. hah gg slping. cya!

all things are possible~

today. did quite abit of stuffs. ben came over to my hse and we did QT together. spent real quality time. man hw i enjoy this type of quality time spent. after QT we spent hrs of fellowship time which was not in my schedule haha. and yes i planed my schedule for the wk. =D breakthrough ! =DD then went to have dinner with winstar, ben and my bro. met geng kai. woah been donkey yrs since i last spoke to him. things changed so much between the yrs.=) went RC after tt to finish some stuffs that i need to do with ben[RC] .then i went back home and read people's person. wanna finish it soon=D tts bout all ler bah. cya=)
[placing my family into God's hand. claiming His promise. He said if one of the member of the family is in Christ, the rest will soon come to Christ. It happened once. im gonna believe it for the rest.=) ]

the start.

today had some fruitful time. tho there are still unfruitful times. realli want to apply more and more. but i guess i wud need more time hah. alright. when i woke up at arnd 10am+ brush teeth etc. then had a veri long QT with God. i gt no idea how long was it but it was great! nth beats meeting God with no distractions. and i had that kind of life for 6 days in thailand, man i love those days where its mostly between me and God. got to try doing that in s'pore tho may be abit hard. anyways after that i slacked quite abit. played game, watch anime then slept. woke up at 8pm[i was suppose to wake up at 6pm.] i was ARHH! so late. then i sat down and packed my rm.. woah i shud have taken a photo. its scary k. i threw away like 5 or more big bags of plastic bags down the chute. my rm had tt much rubbish accumulated after so many.. er months or yrs of laziness. thank God for moving in my life man. my mum was like "why today so guai?"[in chinese] God's vision is coming. i shall use it to encourage ppl. i wanna be one tt encourages! im gonna apply more of what i learned frm God in thailand, in singapore where life is more distracted and misfocused. GOGOGO! ppl of mission trips. dun let God, the ppl der, urself and ur money go to waste! lets jiayou on implementing the things we learn=D jiayou! cya

hohoho. the unexpected of unexpected.

muahaha. k share my days first b4 i carry on to the climax of my day! mus see k. stay tuned.=D morning i din do much slacked quite abit. arhhh unfruitful T_T. afternoon went for dmm. we prayed together and God spoke to us. man it was great!=) after tt went dinner and nigel suddenly called mi and said theres free ticket for "just follow law" i happened to nt see it yet so i agreed haha. the show is realli gd, VERY comical lol. i emphasize again. VERY. =D and then the climax of the day came.. =D at the end of show. someone stood up in the dark at the back of the cinema and said "HI EVERYBODY!" and he continued.. "im jack neo!" I WAS LIKE =O when the lights turned on i saw him. the real person! omigod!! lol. he talked about asking us to advertise for him to non-chinese frens haha. and here goes. just follow law is not a chinese show. but there are abit of chinese. its more of like a english show so watch and enjoy it.=) lastly. take a look below=))

renewal.

today i stepped into nexus. and im like yay~~~~~~~~~~~ youth service!!! wah realli appreciate it so much. i miss service and nexus sooo much altho its onli a wk. most of our objectives for the trip was met. except ben's extraordinary demon-casting. actualli i dun mind it lol, but other team members other than me and ben[onli 2 guys in the team of 7] mind it alot. haha had some realli freaky encounters which may be just scaring ourselves. oya haha.. service.. xD i realli loved it, somehw it just felt different. praise and worship, its not the usual.. oh i had praise and worship during service but this time its YES! i felt joy in praising & worshipping the God ! saw hw ppl gave their best to God in thailand, think it influenced me and i wanna give my best to God too! er.. sermon too was cool and nice. Pastor Ben started out with a nice introduction =D think the whole service was different cos of the different expectation i had. then we went s11 for dinner, had a great time of fellowship and then our mission trip team met for debrief. we crapped alot lol. somehw our team gets real cranky when we are together. realli enjoy being in this team. thanks alot nakornpathom team! u guys rock. haha. then mi and ben went to join the rest in lan shop. went home after tt.=D arh.. tired haha.. gotta rest. cya=D
[great expectation may bring great disappointment when met with failures. but great expectations with God's plan will nv bring disappointment instead it brings great joy!]

cool day!

had follow uppers camp today. woah super cool =D first program was to build sand castles in teams. to say the truth its my first time lol. its super tiring.. squatting down and things lidat.. then i broke the toy spade we[ed guys] buy together de. haha. bing liang's idea was great larh, our cities turned out quite artistic. tink it wud be better if we had more time=D then we had praise. heh heh heh. of cos it was great haha. think winstar led it well especialli the 1st song haha. everyone had fun=) then we had teaching. man this teaching realli build onto the things i learn in thailand. WAHH! im exploding with excitement to serve God! then we had dinner at cavana. not bad larh. but the meals abit ex if its not student meal. haha. tts bout it for today. cya. =D i love EAST!

haha will blog another time when i have finish collating the pictures we took in thailand. but its realli realli realli VERY hot in thailand. if im not wrong its already 35 degrees celsius=_= and singapore is like arnd 27 degrees celsius, it was soooo cooling today when we entered changi airport. man.. our mission trip team was abit cranky in thailand, but still we miss Hope Nakornpathom! arhh... will blog more tmr if possible. cya

WOO~ haha 1 more day! anyway i gt into cyber and digital course, the course i put as 1st choice so YAY!! now wads left is the timetable for poly. haha was wondering hw its gonna be like when im in thailand. esp at nite when its resting time. cos our schedule end at 6.30pm then we will go to the ministry house der to rest. guys and girls will split into 2 ministry house. so onli mi and ben will be together after 6.30pm[according to schedule] til maybe 12am+ WAH! looks sian rite? xD hope i can communicate with more thai brothers der. then teach them hw to play asshole daidee! haha frm singapore bring to thailand=D well well.. gotta go prepare for my last cg b4 i leave for thai T_T kinda sad larh.. even tho 6 days nia =_= nvm. cya

determined.

determined to give my all. and especialli since im gonna lead sermon discussion on giving our all to God this thurs cg. im gonna get that spirit first! im gonna pass it down! YES! give it all. today went rc at 11am+ to "guard" rc. cos rc's wooden door cant lock then the metal lock also spoiled. yarh but i wasnt the onli one to reach der so earli. pooi yee was even earlier than me.. she meeting with her grp ppl. so yarh.. reached der, read the people person book i borrowed. learned alot frm it =D realli useful and also planned my wk. yeah discipline and more discipline is needed. im a super slacky person so discipline is someting i lacked for the past 17 yrs i lived. this time one of the mission trip objectives of mine is to have a breakthrough in discipline! and ive been told not to worry =O cos ppl der are veri disciplined haha. kinda scary at the thought of it. oya i stayed in rc for quite long cos need to wait for yiqin to buy lock and lock the rc b4 i can leave. kinda bored der. haha actualli super bored so.. yarh.. and yay! yiqin reached rc finalli i can leave rc. phew

went home and plan in the details for the wk after watched one piece[i must watch / play something if i do not do anything. an idle mind is a workshop for the devil. if u dun get it nvm haha.] and met up with yiqin after tt. learned frm him on how to teach a sermon. kinda cool points i din noe of. so yeah application time haha. went home after tt.

and yarh i watch one piece again cos i did nt have anything to do. so mani things i did not see and understand b4. finalli im able to see it, hw important a vision is, hw important giving our all is. exciting wk!=D cya!=)

5 more days!

saturday
had service and all. was great and learn so much new tings. after which we went to eat and then we went to play lan awhile which is not something i realli like to do cos it wastes money. but cos i wanna play dota=/ and since im nt able to get it installed on my com yet i go once in awhile to play. kinda fun larh. mi and winstar teamed against ben,my bro and benjamin. after awhile winstar left. and we changed to CS. we had some real gd laughter and fun in it. due to friendly fire on xD like we killed our partner when the game starts.=/ and some other maps which were fun. yup. lets move on to sunday!=)

Sunday
yeah 5 more days to nakornpathom haha.. or is it 4 more. arhh nvm. today went for the mission trip team meeting. and i struggled out of my bed to get up and go der cos the weather is quite nice.. gd weather to slp in and tings lidat.. so yar haha. managed to get up anyways.
and ok.. im a not that gd in finding direction person. and i dun bother to rmb street roads and wad bus to take der.[unless i take the bus often] yarh so today we supposed to meet at parkway parade then i nt quite sure hw to get der.. but jus rmb ben told mi meet at roxy square.. then i was like. ok roxy square i noe hw to go. then i took bus 31.. saw shern on the bus later on. k thank God for that.. u will understand why later haha.. i was writing down my objectives and testimonies. then cos shern was still quite earli to be meeting up with her friends, she accompanied me to take bus to parkway. im supposed to get down the bus which i din noe. cos i tot can the bus will loop then go to roxy square outside. but i forgot the fact that bus 31 is not like bus 15. it goes str8 to toa payoh=_= yarh so u guys shud have got it nw. i almost landed in toa payoh if not for her. then i wud be late for another hr or more cos i have to wait for the bus to come back marine parade. then i also nt sure hw to go parkway[cos i dun rmb the place's name unless i passby it often.] then ask for hlp.. ben fetched me. *oya i like to be with ppl with gd sense of directions haha. then i wudnt need to worry i wud get lost =-= and apparently alot of ppl are gd in sense of direction arnd mi. wonder if i can get influence for tt =X*
and yay! managed to get there finalli. crapped awhile b4 we moved on the macdonald's to hear our team leader christine talk about our schedule der! woah its cool k. and something which i din expect is that. the schedule ends at 6.30pm and frm then onwards its our "resting" time. gonna have dmm, cg, service all over at thailand! WOOOO~ kinda excited. altho the fact that i cant sing thai songs .. dampens it.=/ bt its ok i guess.
after the meeting with ben to meet yiqin and jun jie. talked and explained to him stuffs bout christianity. and soon after tt we headed to andrew's hse for hse warming. and yiqin taught andrew's small lil innocent cousin. to call a pig "ba gua"[bbq pork] which is a total different meaning from pig. and it will be super weird for his cousin to say "ba gua" whenevr she sees a pig nx time. =_= had total fun at his hse today. thanks andrew. yep. nx wk is the climax! altho im gonna miss out loads of fun stuff while im in thailand. aww.=/ well well. gtg cyas!

today stayed at home throughout. woke up watched hanakimi haha. kinda funny show larh with ella as guy lol.then i planned for my mission trips' objective and prepared some testimonies. now wads left is the QT passage tt we may need to share during the trip. YES ONE MORE WK! and im gone for another wk.=/ 6 days exactly haha. oya so recent's topic arnd mi. i see alot of hanakimi here and der haha. =/ its realli a gd and farni show haha. well tts about it. cya

breakthrough!

yeah today i broke out of my laziness yes! haha. was supposed to meet tri after his sch. then he smsed saying he's sick and wanna go home str8. so of cos it was ok.. and being the loving me, i bought some halls sweet frm guardian then met yiqin at simei. then we went to this herbal tea shop buy some herbal tea for cold. and the uncle recommended this veri black looking herbal tea, both our reactions was to ask the uncle "is this VERY bitter?" and he said its sweet. i was thinking like " ya rite.. hw sweet can this black looking thing be.." argh shud have taken a photo of it. then we went to his hse to visit him and we gave him those things. and after we pray for him, i could feel that he noe our sincerity=) and oya why breaking out of laziness is cos.. u noe today's weather super gd and stuff.. so i tink my body wud rather stay at home and slp.. so.. yay! wahaha. tmr's gonna be a cool day too! will try to take pic to show u guys what it means. so til then. cya!
